Blink until focused. Tuck
greying strands back. Don’t
slouch. Press tired fingers firm
upon keys. Sip sugary nectar
ever so slowly. Listen close
to whispery muse. Words
smell tangy. Eat them all.
Day two of NaNoWriMo has me calling all the muses. The time for help is now.
Gorgeous writing

Thanks, Dawn! All my poems for the month of November will be short. Maybe I’ll tie a few of them into my NaNo project.

Whew! I was (and maybe am still) torn between NaBloPoMo and NaNoWriMo. I’m not writing a novel, but I have far too many writing projects that are stuck in the middle. November came too quickly and I haven’t had time to think through what is possible. NaBloPoMo seems easiest, of course, but I might have to make a plan for December and January. But yes, all the muses! Send help! 😀

Whatever you decide to do I hope the muses show up to lend a helping hand. Write on!

Oh how I’ve missed you AND your blog Bridgette!! Sorry for being MIA, an early frost hit the farm and it’s been endless work to prepare everything for winter. I can’t wait to catch up with you though!!

Do you know writing is a language of our thoughts, and we all share our thoughts with others by using writing?
