This week my assignment for the 52 photo challenge was to photograph fog or steam. It’s almost the end of the week and the only morning we had fog I was in the emergency room with my son (he’s fine). Sigh.
Last night, however, I went for a drive near our local casino and noticed a factory spewing steam into the air. I ran home and got my camera and these photos are the result. These are technically not great but I like them. There’s something in the imperfect almost abstract way they came together which speaks to where I am right now.

Pardon, none so well and attitude is thus flavored now. Most of interest, #7, might be long subtitled, “they look like trees, but no, they walk on colored glowing feet and they’re coming this way” (ie. war of the worlds). And #10, what star is that, the last one, all alone? ☆ Do I get one two?

Thank you so much, Michele! It’s a challenge to do night photography but I had fun with these. I’m leaning more toward abstraction and messy these days.

Thank you. I sure wish we’d had a foggy morning for me to shoot, but I made it work. The biggest downside is this week’s assignment is night photography so I’m looking at how to do something that’s not a repeat of these. Stay tuned. 🙂
